Career Guidance – Helping Young Dreams Find the Right Path
At Rajesh Bhasin Foundation, choosing what to do after school shouldn’t feel like gambling with your future. Yet most students select careers based on grades, their parents’ wishes, or what friends are doing. We believe every young person deserves to make an informed, confident choice. That’s why our Career Guidance program is completely free and open to everyone.
Aptitude Assessment
We use simple, scientific tests (not just questionnaires) to discover:
- What you’re naturally good at
- Which subjects and skills make you happy, not just tired
- Your personality style – are you a thinker, creator, leader, helper, or builder?
No one is “good at everything” or “bad at everything.” These assessments gently reveal students’ true strengths, often ones they never realized they had.
Career Counselling
After the assessment, every student sits one-on-one with a trained counsellor who explains:
- Which careers match their unique strengths and interests
- New-age options they may never have heard of (ethical hacking, animation, psychology, logistics, etc.)
- Realistic pathways – diploma, degree, skill courses, or entrepreneurship
- How to balance passion with practical earning potential
Awareness Sessions
We aim to regularly host engaging workshops and talks where students can meet professionals in exciting careers.
- A wildlife photographer who started with a simple phone camera
- A woman pilot from a small town
- An app developer who never scored 90% in school
- A chef who runs her own cloud kitchen chain
These sessions aim to challenge myths like “only doctors and engineers succeed” and show that success can take many different wonderful paths.
